During my first "real" interview with a very professional company and the owner of said company I apparently made an absolutely terrible impression and got told if I was the best candidate at the end of the day he'd have to hire me but he'd have to thrown himself off a bridge if that was the case. Part of me is rather hurt, but then again part of me is saying I probably didn't want to work there anyway. Any tips for next time? Edit: Just a note, this wasn't some HR dept. interviewer, this was the president/owner of the company (so yes they appeared fairly small). Shortly following the incredibly shitty interview I sent him an email: " Dear Mr. ---, Just wanted to touched base and thank for your time and advice during our 11 AM interview today.
