Management are not really bothered! milk recorder in Chippenham interesting very varied interesting cold wet mucky grumpy farmers early mornings not great pay and not enough hours i did 2 years hoping for more hours but didnt get any more as they keep you working within a 12 mile radius so they dont have to pay fuel wich means you have to wait for someone to retire for you to get more farms.
