Conduct pre-season coach orientation meetings. Ensure inventory of supplies and equipment. Observe and evaluate coaches including end-of-season evaluation. Coordinate the interview/hiring process of all coaches, trainers, managers, scorers and timers. Ensure compliance with all employment requirements. Fiscal Responsibilities 1. Prepare annual budget. Work within approved budget. Monitor adherence of monthly budget-to-actual and explain variances. Coordinate and monitor athletic fundraising activities. Conduct budget analysis and make recommendations. Create and monitor procurement policy. Create and monitor uniform inventory procedures. Collect, record, and deposit all pre-sale and gate receipts for all athletic events in the business office. Coordinate athletic fundraising. Develop athletic fundraising and awareness events.
