Too Hard work for low pay if you like that. Most of the machine adjusters we have now cant fix the machines right and always up and down and they blame us instead of admitting they cant fix. The good ones are gone from company now since the new guys took over running things. This company is always growing with new software and equipment. This allows the employees to continually grow in knowledge of the printing industry and their skills. The data department is a huge driver in their direct mail model, but they neglect it severely. There is poor management, i think I talked to my manager 3 times in the year I worked their. Every time I asked to be involved in more responsibility. I was shut down with no reasoning. Communication is poor. Forward thinking is poor. They are stuck in 2002, and not up to date. Its a shame, because their are a lot of genuinely nice people that work their. make ready on binding equipment, or any other equipment, performing preventive maintenance on saddle stitchers on a weekly basis, making sure that the equipment was in optimal conditions to perform the tasks in the week ahead.
